DNN-TECH and INTECH Group Sign Strategic Partnership MOU to Expand Semiconductor Market in ASEAN
Press Release Taipei, Taiwan, Feb 25, 2025 – DNN-TECH, a leading semiconductor solutions provider based in Hsinchu, Taiwan, and INTECH Group, Vietnam’s premier EPC contractor, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to commence collaboration. The partnership will focus on semiconductor packaging technology, capacity building, and supply chain optimization, jointly developing the ASEAN market.
Based on DNN-TECH Engineering Director Howard Lin’s market research, the semiconductor sector in ASEAN shows strong growth momentum, projected to grow at a CAGR of 41% from 2023 to 2027. The advanced packaging segment specifically is expected to see 170% growth globally, driven by increasing demands in high-performance computing and AI applications. This growth aligns with Vietnam government’s semiconductor roadmap targeting 300 design houses, 3 wafer foundries, and 20 packaging and testing facilities by 2050, positioning the country as a key emerging player in the global semiconductor supply chain.
Under the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), DNN-TECH will provide in-depth consulting services on semiconductor production lines and equipment, along with professional technical support, including technical guidance, setup consulting, and process optimization. Meanwhile, INTECH Group, with its expertise in high-tech infrastructure and cleanroom construction, will oversee implementation in Vietnam, connect customers, and facilitate efficient technology transfer, establishing a solid foundation for the partnership.
